CINCINNATI (WXIX) -Official Rules for FOX19 NOW’s Stream Into Summer Giveaway.
1. PROMOTION DATES
a. The FOX19 NOW’s Stream Into Summer Giveaway (“Promotion”) will begin at 9:00:00 a.m. ET on July 1, 2026 and end at 11:00:00 a.m. ET on July 31, 2026. The Promotion runs on eligible weekdays only (Monday through Friday). The Promotion will not run on Saturdays, Sundays, or any day on which Morning Xtra does not air.
b. The deadline for entries each eligible weekday is the conclusion of the on-air cue to call segment during Morning Xtra on that day. Morning Xtra airs weekdays from 9:00 a.m. ET to 11:00 a.m. ET on FOX19 NOW(WXIX) and streams simultaneously on FOX19 NOW+. No entries will be accepted outside of the cued entry window on each eligible weekday.
2. ELIGIBILITY RESTRICTIONS
a. The Promotion is open to all legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (except NY and FL) who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry and who live in the WXIX viewing area, specifically residents of the following counties:
- Ohio: Adams, Brown, Butler, Clermont, Clinton, Hamilton, Highland, Warren
- Kentucky: Boone, Bracken, Campbell, Gallatin, Grant, Kenton, Mason, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson
- Indiana: Dearborn, Franklin, Ohio, Ripley, Switzerland, Union
Employees of WXIX (the “Station”), its parent, subsidiary, and affiliated entities, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other broadcasting stations in the Cincinnati viewing area, and the members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings or children) or households (whether related or not) are ineligible to participate or win. This Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the United States, in NY and FL, as applicable, and where prohibited.
b. Each individual may win only one (1) prize during the Promotion period. Any individual who wins a prize on any eligible weekday during the Promotion period…
