Magnite (NASDAQ:MGNI) announced that Business Insider has chosen Magnite’s SpringServe video platform to power ad serving and programmatic monetization for Business Insider’s new standalone connected TV (CTV) FAST channel. Business Insider, which has a combined 38 million YouTube subscribers, is extending its premium video and documentary content to an always-on streaming experience across leading CTV platforms.

SpringServe will act as the core ad server and programmatic platform, allowing Business Insider to manage both direct and programmatic demand and to tap advertiser relationships Magnite has with agencies and buyers. According to Magnite, the partnership is intended to deepen Business Insider’s advertiser relationships, support greater control over content distribution and viewer experience, and help unlock incremental CTV revenue opportunities.

The release places Business Insider’s standalone FAST channel in a launched, available state across leading CTV platforms, rather than describing it only as a future channel; Magnite’s SpringServe provides its ad-serving and programmatic infrastructure.

Magnite's partnership history averaged -1.9% across five tag-matched events, including four negative reactions. The Business Insider deployment adds another publisher relationship; recent insider context was Net Selling, while monetization evidence remains the key item to watch.
