I've been using an LG C5 TV for a while now, and beyond being seriously impressed with its picture quality, I've also come to really appreciate just how good its settings menu is. It's packed full of useful ways to customize your experience, whether that's turning off ads or further tuning the picture quality to your liking.
But there's one feature in particular buried in the settings menu on LG TVs that can make a substantial impact on your experience: Quick Start+.
If you're unfamiliar with Quick Start+, it's a feature that's automatically enabled on most LG TVs, and it prevents your TV from fully powering down when you turn it off by putting it into sleep mode instead. What this allows your TV to do is power up faster when you turn it on next, as it wakes from a sleep state rather than fully booting up, making it faster to resume where you left off the last time you used your TV. Essentially, it's a lot like the sleep mode on your PC.
