In a world full of streaming services, Paramount Plus is a new OTT video streaming platform that has gained massive popularity in the last few years.
All thanks to users having access to content from the original Paramount library in addition to CBS, Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, and many more, the streaming service has more than 48 million subscribers as of 2021.
But sometimes, people run into technical glitches, such as the recently reported volume issue causing commercials to sound too loud and another issue where the NCIS: LA Season 12 was missing for many.
That said, several Paramount Plus users recently complained that the app was crashing or not working for them while watching the NFL playoff match.
Subscribers said the app crashed multiple times when watching the game, adding that they missed some of the most critical moments in the match. Here is what some of the complainants have to say about the frequent crashes.

But a shoutout to @paramountplus for the most unbelievable performance in that game. It's incredible to have the app crash on every meaningful play. Indeed, it was art. I didnโt want to see the winning play in one of the greatest games ever, anyway.
